Give yourself 15 minutes before class starts. It gives you time to park, get settled, and soak in the energy before things get going. Free parking is available at both locations.
Your coach will meet you at the door. They'll show you around the studio, walk you through the altitude room, explain what to expect, and answer any questions before class begins. You won't be thrown in the deep end.
Step into the altitude room and get to work. Your coach leads every rep, watches your form, and scales the workout to your level. Whether it's your first time training or your hundredth, this class will push you the right amount.
Once class wraps, your coach sticks around for a quick one-on-one. Ask anything — about the altitude, the programming, memberships, HYROX, body scans, nutrition. No hard sell, just real answers to real questions.
