Yes, completely. No credit card, no commitment, no catch. Your first class at AIRLAB is on us — just book online, show up 15 minutes early, and we'll take care of the rest.
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and our coaches modify exercises in real time so everyone is challenged at the right level — whether you're brand new to training or a seasoned athlete. You will be pushed, but never beyond what's right for you.
Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle — you'll sweat. We have lockers and showers at both locations so you can freshen up after class. We'll send you everything you need to know when we confirm your booking.
No pressure and no hard sell — that's a promise. After class your coach will stick around for a quick Q&A. If you love it and want to keep going, memberships start at $120/month. If you're not ready, that's completely fine.
Classes
We run three core formats: HIIT (high intensity interval training), Strength, and Core. All classes take place in our altitude room and are 45–60 minutes. We also run a weekly HYROX simulation session for members preparing for race day.

Our altitude room is intentionally kept small to ensure quality coaching and personalised attention. Class sizes are capped so every member gets the coach's eyes on them throughout the session.
Yes — you can cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before class starts through your member account. Late cancellations may incur a charge depending on your membership type.
Altitude Training
Our altitude room uses advanced filtration technology to reduce the oxygen concentration in the air, simulating conditions at 11,000–12,000 feet above sea level. Training in lower oxygen forces your body to work harder, increases red blood cell production, and accelerates cardiovascular adaptations — meaning you burn more, build more, and recover faster.
Yes. Our altitude room is carefully regulated and all sessions are led by certified coaches who monitor every member throughout class. If you have any underlying medical conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor before your first session — and always let your coach know when you arrive.
Most members notice it feels harder to breathe during their first session — that's normal and expected. By your second or third class your body begins adapting. Most members start seeing measurable results — improved endurance, body composition changes — within 4–8 weeks of consistent training.
HYROX
HYROX is a global fitness race format — 8km of running broken up by 8 functional fitness stations (sled push, ski erg, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and more). It's designed for everyday athletes, not just elite competitors. AIRLAB is a certified HYROX gym, meaning we're officially accredited to prepare athletes for race day.
Absolutely not. The majority of our members train at AIRLAB purely for the fitness benefits — the altitude training, the structured programming, the community. HYROX race prep is available for those who want it, but it's never a requirement.
Book a free class and let your coach know you're interested in HYROX. We run a dedicated weekly simulation session alongside our regular class formats. Our 12-week programming cycles are designed to build the exact fitness base you need for race day.
Memberships
We offer flexible class packs and monthly memberships. Monthly memberships give you unlimited or fixed classes per month at a lower per-class rate. Class packs are great if your schedule is unpredictable. View all current pricing on our Buy Classes page.
Yes. All memberships and class packs are valid across both our Midtown Miami and Coral Gables studios. You can mix and match freely based on what's convenient for you that day.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We don't believe in locking people in — we'd rather earn your membership every month.
No joining fee, ever. Your first class is free, and if you decide to become a member you pay your first month and that's it — no setup charges, no admin fees.
Locations & Facilities
Yes — free parking is available at both our Midtown Miami and Coral Gables locations. We'll send you parking details when we confirm your booking.
Both locations offer the same class formats, altitude room, coaching quality, and free parking. Coral Gables also features a dedicated recovery room with a cold plunge and sauna — available to members. Choose whichever location is most convenient for you.
Yes. In addition to group classes, we offer personal training sessions at both locations. Ask your coach after your first class, or get in touch with us directly to find out more.
